The Needle cap of hypodermic needle is used to protect the needle cannula. According to the size of needle, there are 3 size needle caps: short cap, middle cap and long cap. The Needle Cap Mould adopts 718H Sweden mould steel as mould base, the S136 as mould cavities, and cores. One mould can last 7-8 years. Zhengri Hypodermic Needle Mold are easy to maintenance and management. As all the easy-worn parts, mould cavities and mould cores are exchangeable. The Needle Hub Mold can be cold runner, semi-hot runner or hot runner. It depends on clients requirement. The hot runner mould will save much material for client, but the price is higher.
